ShareDesk is looking for a experienced and passionate Account Manager to join our team. Are you someone that is ready to hustle and excited for an opportunity to join a fast-growing startup? You have a chance to help evolve the way people work, and to modernize the office space market.

In this role, you will live and breathe ShareDesk and help us accelerate our growth. You will be responsible for helping to build product awareness and develop authentic client relationships with top serviced office providers. You will act as our client’s trusted advisor and go-to point person for any questions or feedback that they have.


You are:

  • Curious. You’re innovative, extremely creative and constantly looking for ways to improve upon things.
  • Looking to make it big with a high-growth startup. You love what you do and love being the creator of your own destiny.
  • Engaging and an excellent communicator. You are self aware, well-spoken on the phone and eloquent in emails. You are the first person that customers of Optix engage with. You set the tone for their experience with us.
  • Fun. You’re a charismatic person who can talk to anyone; you’re flexible, fearless, and excited to help build something awesome and share it with the world.
  • Motivated. You understand the impact of a highly-satisfied, excited clients and partners; you are slightly obsessive-compulsive about grinding away at issues.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3+ years of sales, customer service and/or support experience in a technology company (preferably a SaaS technology company)
  • Experience developing client relationships and educating customers throughout the trial lifecycle
  • Able to communicate effectivley, both verbally and written (writing samples will be requested)
  • Passionate about our mission and have a deep understanding of our market
  • Data and business-oriented, able to problem solve and adapt quickly as part of a small team
  • College/University degree
