The ShareDesk team has been busy. We are excited to announce the imminent launch of Optix Pro, a fully integrated app which allows companies and serviced offices to seamlessly manage smart shared workspaces. With Optix Pro, we hope to redefine what it means to manage and optimize the workplace…with a mobile-first experience. It’s shared space management software at its finest.
We founded ShareDesk in 2012 with one simple goal: revolutionize the way people work. Our marketplace gave us an insider’s perspective into how people book and experience on-demand space, and also what it takes for space owners and operators to run shared offices. We learned that the market is fragmented and that there are key gaps in how customers book and experience short-term flexible space. Creating our own coworking management app was a logical next step, and we hope that it will set new standards for the market. We want to improve the management of on-demand spaces.
Optix Pro transforms coworking venues by integrating all of their management tools into one dashboard. Offices transform into smart office environments, allowing managers to run a modern, connected workplace with a mobile-first experience for members. To take this a step further, Optix Pro allows managers to better understand how the space. This improves their ability to design their space and services.
The ShareDesk team will be in Chicago next week for NeoCon, a design exposition and conference for commercial interiors. Here, we’ll be launching Optix Pro and co-exhibiting alongside our newest partner, Kimball Office. ShareDesk will power Kimball’s showroom with the latest in mobile and locational technologies for the show’s theme of “You are here.” Our showroom display will highlight how technology can elevate and support beautifully designed workspace environments. Optix Pro will add virtual layer to Kimball Office spaces to create a seamless new experience for people interacting with the space.
