When you receive a booking request on ShareDesk, you can review the candidate's profile, and make a decision on whether you will accept or reject the request.
Because ShareDesk allows you to easily promote your facility and accept online reservations. Plus, you can make extra cash to cover operational expenses, and build a collaborative workplace culture.
You can list your corporate office, coworking space, studio, or business center. We encourage you to showcase all of your workstations such as desks, meeting rooms, and lounge area.
When a user book a workstation at your workspace, ShareDesk will collect only 15% of the total booking price. You can collect the remaining 85% balance on the day of check-in, using your preferred method of accepting payments.
